Property text sometimes may be red instead of black. If a property text is red, it is currently locked. A property locks if it was recently edited in any way. You can only unlock a property manually. If a property is locked you cannot:

  1. Create new jobs for the property;
  2. View data for the property.

To Unlock a property (locked properties are in red color (2)), click on the dropdown menu box and select Unlock (1):

This will update and unlock the property with new data.

To Lock a property (unlocked properties are in black color (2)), click on the dropdown menu box and select Lock (1):

This will lock the property.
