Clean a Property

Cleaning a property means deleting all the data from the property as opposed to deleting a property, which completely removes the property from the system. To Clean a property, click on the dropdown menu box and select Clean (1):

This will open a prompt message:

1. Click OK to clean the property;
2. Click Cancel to cancel cleaning of data.

This will make the last confirmation prompt appear:

1. Enter the word DELETE to confirm data clean;
2. Click OK to clean the property data;
3. Click Cancel to cancel cleaning of data.

Make sure that the property has data in it, otherwise the Clean selection will not be available in the dropdown menu box.

Selecting Clean will remove any data that has been added to the property without deleting the property.
