To Generate a Report, click on the dropdown menu box and select Generate Report (1):
This will start generating the report.
Note that you can only Generate a Report if the property has any data in it. If there is no data entered, the selection will be greyed out (hover your mouse on the greyed out text for a second to find out why the report cannot be generated).
