FINDING INSPECTION DATA

After you open a property the following screen is shown. Depending on the required information you can click on any of the tabs:

1. Summary: Use this tab to get overview information on the selected property i.e. what type of surveys have been done, overview of number of asbestos areas and risk category;
2. Register: Use this tab to obtain detail information within the selected property;
3. Register Search: Use this tab to access other queries created by the system administrator;
4. Photos: Use this tab to view all photos available for the selected property;
5. Drawings: Use this tab to view all drawings available for the selected property;
6. Reports: : Use this tab to view all reports available for the selected property i.e. survey report, management report certifications, etc.;
7. Notification: Use this tab to view and create a notification for the asbestos team;
8. Maintenance Log: use this tab to view and create a maintenance log.
