Mid-Term Evaluation

Mid-term and final evaluations

The mid-term and final evaluation are most often completed by the Field Instructor and the student as a joint process. It is the responsibility of you to consult with the Field Instructor to determine a process for completion of these evaluations in a timely manner. Field Instructors can choose to complete the evaluation independently or in consultation with you. You must include comments on the evaluation and submit via IPT.

The Faculty Liaison will consult with you and the Field Instructor to evaluate your progress toward learning goals in relation to the Learning Contract and to determine if any changes and/or improvements are required to meet these goals.
