Agency Emergency

Rarely there is a situation where an agency needs to close or they need to send staff home. Should this happen please advise your Faculty Liaison of the circumstance so that a plan can be made for the completion of practicum hours dependent on the length of time that you will be away from the Agency.

!You will be required to withdraw from their practicum if they are unable to maintain attendance or to meet the expected time requirements. There is the potential of moving you somewhere else in the most challenging of circumstances to ensure completion of practicum.

*All absences need to be provided in writing to your Agency Supervisor and Faculty Liaison. Absences longer than 2 days require a meeting with your Faculty Liaison to ensure you have a plan for completing 350 hours.
