Without this information it will mean we cannot contact you if needs be, you cannot use the forgotten password function and we won’t be able to pay you when statements arise and there will also be certain functions within the LMS that will not be possible to use (barcode purchase, paying statements, contact support function).
Customer Details
- First off, click the settings menu (click on your name) from the top right hand corner of the page and choose ‘Customer Details’
- You will now see a form with various sections, where all mandatory information is shown with a red asterisk next to it.
Company Info: Please make sure this information is accurate, as it will be where we send all correspondence via phone or via e-mail (release issues, replies to support questions, updates etc.).
Contact Info: Input the main contacts name and the e-mail that you will use for any LMS related issues. This is the e-mail that will also be used if you forget your password or are informed of any updates. Then you can also input secondary contact details if you have someone else assisting with label matters.
Payment Account: Here you need to input your VAT number and how you wish to get paid. Without payment details then you cannot proceed with creating a release and more importantly, we won’t be able to pay you. VAT number is only required if you are a registered business and have a VAT number.
Postal Address: This is the address we will use to send you any contracts or other correspondence via post.
Invoice Address: Generally this is the same as a postal address, so you can just click the tick box if that is the case. If not then please input the address that we need to use for any statements we create for you.
Account & Change Password
Account: From the drop down menu pick the option ‘Account’ and then you will see the main details related to the contacts used for LMS correspondance.
Contact Info: This was already completed via the Customer Details section, you still have the chance to update it here as well.
Credentials: Here you will see the username that has been assigned to you when you signed up and also your password shown as asterisks.
Change Password: Click on the ‘Update Password’ button to change the current password and then you can change the password to whatever you wish.
