Once we have received information on revenue sold or streamed from the stores, then we create ‘Your Statements.’ From these statements we have now created a new section of the LMS entitled ’Statistics’, where you can view the statements broken down into Top 5 lists or a more detailed list.

Important Info:

Sales figures as Revenue – The data here is displayed in a way that is similar to Sales Projections, but here the stats are for actual monetary revenue that we have received from the stores and streaming sites.
Stores & Statement Periods – Unlike Sales Projections, the statistics section displays sales data from all stores.

Statistics Explained

The Statistics page is accessed via the top menu of your LMS, under the ‘Management’ section:

Statement Period Type – First off, click the arrow next to ‘Year’ for a drop down menu of Statement Period Types:

Year – To view Statistics for all statements from an entire Year
Quarter – Pick and choose to view statistics from full quarters within a year
Period – Pick and choose which specific statements you wish to view stats for. All streaming statements are monthly (e.g.. 2018-01, 2018-02 etc.) and download statements are split in two each quarter (eg. 2018-Q1, 2018-Q1_2). More details on these can be found in the ‘Your Statements’ section.

Top 5’s – Once you have picked which statement period you wish to view, then you will see a list of various ‘Top 5’s’ for your content during these chosen parameters. These are the following: Tracks, Releases, Artists, Territories, Download and Stream Stores:

Detailed List View/Go To List – To view the chosen period of sales as a more detailed overview, which includes more taken just the Top 5’s, then click on ‘Go To List’ button (just right of the date range).

Selecting Display Info – Here you can pick and choose what information you wish to display in your list, which can be as little or as much as you wish.

All Info chosen:

A few choices only:

Just click on the ‘Update’ button to change to a list of whatever you have chosen here.

Export – Once you have picked what information you want to be displayed on the list, then you can export this to a shareable and editable csv file for excel. You can do this as many times as you wish, so for example you could export a file with all information selected and then one with just Artist name, Release Title and Platform.

Once done you can then go back to the Statistics page and enter new statement periods to view or export.
