Once you have submitted the release you will be directed back to an overview of your release. Here you can check everything that you have submitted and contact your distributor by e-mail or via the ‘Send an E-mail’ function at the top of the page if you need to change anything on your release. On the release overview page you can also click ‘Print Report’ to download or print the release overview. Once you have clicked through to print, but you only want to download, then choose the option to ‘Open PDF in Preview’ or whatever the wording is on your browser:

Please take particular note of this as it indicates at what stage your release is.

Red Arrow & Red Tick: Your release is not yet submitted (Red Arrow) and therefore not delivered by us (Red Tick)

Green Arrow & Red Tick: Your release has been submitted by the label, but has not yet been delivered by the distributor

Green Arrow & Green Tick: Success! Your release has been submitted successfully and also delivered to the stores by us.

Edit & Submit: If you see the red arrow and tick then the release is not yet submitted, so you will also see the buttons ‘Edit’ and ‘Submit.’ If you click on these you can go and either edit the main release info or finalise the dates via the submit button if everything else is how you want it.

Sort By & Search Function: Once a release has been created or submitted you can search for a particular release by catalogue number, release name, artist name or sort by various parameters such as Last Release Created, Last Release Date, Last Catalog Number, Artist Name, Release Name or Unsubmitted release first.
