1. Select Information from the Home Screen on the HMI to locate the Detergent Level % field. This field indicates the level of fluid in the system. This will help when determining when the system has completed draining.
  1. Ensure the polypropylene magnetic drive inline pump is attached to the low level drain port.
  1. Next, find the plumbing labeled “MANUAL DRAIN” , which is an external plumbing valve located on the back of the machine, and turn the valve so its handle is inline with the plumbing. Plug in the inline pump to an appropriate power outlet.
  1. Once the pump starts to run dry and the level sensor on the HMI reads “0”, unplug the pump.
  1. Close the valve.
  1. Next, fill the machine with fresh water to above 50% (the Fill % can be found on the Information screen on the HMI under the Detergent Level field).
  1. Navigate to the Manual Operation screen in the HMI, and set the pump to 25% and turn on pump. Allow the pump to run for 2 minutes to flush the fluid out of the lines.
  1. Repeat steps 3-5. Making sure by the end, the machine is empty and the valve is closed.
