Auto Run Mode

Once the desired settings have been selected, the VORSA 500 is ready for the cycle to be initiated. To start, press the PLAY button .

Auto Run Screen

	CLOCK Displays the remaining time in the cycle
	PRESSURE OUTPUT Displays the current pressure output of the detergent of the spray racks.
	DETERGENT LEVEL Displays the current detergent level %
	TEMPERATURE Displays the current temperature of the detergent in the tank.
	AGA INTENSITY METER A graphic representation of the current energy output of the system, based on the Agitation Algorithm. NOTE: The color and size of this meter will vary with the system energy level throughout the cycle.

!The VORSA 500 is designed to detect conditions at the start of an Auto Run cycle that may inhibit performance or safety. See the Alarms and Warnings section for full detail.

The Heat Up and Dose screen may appear prior to the cycle starting. At this time, detergent can be added to the tank.
In this warning state, the user has the option to take corrective action (DOSE) or proceed as is. To acknowledge the warning and proceed, press CONTINUE.

*If there is a question mark displayed next to the PLAY button it is an indication that there is a condition inhibiting the cycle from starting.

Prior to a cycle starting, users may see a Temperature Wait screen as the machine is getting up to temp. Once the minimum temperature is reached, you are able to begin the cycle, which may impact total process time if it reaches the desired temp sooner than expected. Otherwise, letting the solution heat up to it’s set temperature fully, will allow the cycle to begin automatically.
