Consumables

!Only PostProcess approved consumables should be used in the VORSA 500. Using third party consumables may void the warranty on the machine. Safety data sheets will be provided for all purchased consumables.

Detergent

	Wear laboratory-style protective glasses.
	When working with or near detergents, always wear protective gloves.
	When working with or near detergents, wear a lab coat.

All detergents will be shipped from PostProcess in jerricans and dosed into the VORSA 500 via the DOSATRON® Manifold.

PLM-201-SPRAY and PLM-202-SPRAY
Combined and used for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) support removal. Refer to the SDS for more information.

AUX-002-DEFOAM
Used for defoaming. Refer to the SDS for more information.

Waste Management

PostProcess can advise on disposal of wastewater from the VORSA 500 upon request. Please follow local guidelines when considering waste disposal solutions.

Be aware that there will be residual detergent left in the hose connected to the pump. Therefore, lift the pump above the barrel to allow for any residual detergent left in the hose to be drained back into the barrel.
