TYPE DESCRIPTION HOW TO RESOLVE
WARNING Low Tank Level Add detergent to processing tank using the DOSE function explained in “Manual Operations”.
WARNING Pressure Low Spray valve pressure begins to fall below the desired pressure setting. This is an indication that the drain and filters need to be cleaned. See Routine Maintenance
WARNING Pressure High Spray valve pressure begins to rise above the desired pressure setting. This is an indication that the spray valves need to be cleaned.
WARNING Detergent Life Expired When this alarm is active the detergent may have passed its useful life and could impact cycle performance. Consider swapping your detergent.
WARNING Tank Temperature Setpoint Exceeded The temperature has gone over the setpoint limit. While active, no device that adds heat to the system can be turned on. This warning will clear once the tank temperature falls below the temperature limit.

ALARM EStop E-Stop alarm active. Confirm operating conditions are safe. Pull out e-stop button to reset. This alarm needs to be cleared by the Safety Circuit Reset button under the HMI.
ALARM High Chamber Level High chamber level alarm active. Wait for detergent to drain into the reservoir tank. Clean the perforated metal guard under the manifold. See Removing Bottom Chamber Manifold for more detail.
ALARM Low Tank Level See Low Tank Level for more detail.
ALARM High Temperature See Over Temperature for more detail.
ALARM Tank Screen Maintenance Due The Remaining Optimal Usage Gauge has for the tank screen has expired. See Maintenance Mode Settings for more detail.
ALARM Chamber Screen Maintenance Due The Remaining Optimal Usage Gauge has expired for the chamber screen.. See Maintenance Mode Settings for more detail.
ALARM Dosatron Maintenance Due The Remaining Optimal Usage Gauge has expired for the Dosatron maintenance. See Maintenance Mode Settings for more detail.
ALARM Heater Maintenance Due The Remaining Optimal Usage Gauge has expired for Heater Maintenance. See Heater Maintenance for more detail.
ALARM Chamber Door Open Chamber Door Open alarm active. See Chamber Door Open for more detail. This alarm needs to be cleared by the Safety circuit Reset button under the HMI.
ALARM Chamber Door Lock Failure The lock for the Chamber door has failed.
ALARM Chamber Door Unlock Failure The unlock for the Chamber door has failed.
ALARM Tank Door Open Tank door open alarm active. Make sure the Tank door is secure and locked into place. This alarm needs to be cleared by the Safety Circuit Reset button under the HMI.
ALARM Tank Door Lock Failure The lock for the tank door has failed.
ALARM Tank Door Unlock Failure The unlock for the tank door has failed.
ALARM Pressure Critically High Valve pressure has risen above the high tolerance set point. Check the spray valves for residue buildup. See Troubleshooting for more information .
ALARM Pressure Critically Low Valve pressure has fallen below the low tolerance set point. Check the tank drain and screen for buildup. See Troubleshooting for more information.
ALARM Fill/Dose Error See Dosing Error for more detail.
ALARM HMI Communication Error The controller touchscreen or PLC stopped communicating with one another. To resolve, a system restart may be necessary.
