To add defoamer, pour desired amount corresponding with the chart below, into the process chamber.
Support materials such as SR-35/QSR and SR-100 may require the addition of AUX-002-DEFOAM to reach the full saturation potential of the VVD systems. The following table defines the approximate amount of AUX-002-DEFOAM required for the stated support materials.
