The following guide will help the technician to find the solution to the most frequent N4M Technician View problems

“Can’t click next in Add Device screen”

  • Device ID field can’t be empty.
  • The device ID has to be a valid GSR ID.
  • The GSR ID has to be available in the user’s pool.
  • The GSR phone number has to be filled.

“After Attention screen is loaded, the Status View is showing GSR and red cloud icon”

“Can’t click next in Select Device screen”

  • Lift controller* or Telealarm has to be selected in order to continue.

“Can’t click next in Select Manufacturer screen”

  • One of the manufacturers available has to be selected in order to continue.

“Can’t click next in Select Model screen”

  • One of the boards and models available has to be selected in order to continue.

“Can’t click next in Connect as described screen”

  • Be sure that the reference or equipment ID has been filled.

“At some point of the commissiong process, a warning message is shown with “Can’t get group information” and the installation process is blocked”

  • Be sure that the phone has internet connection.
  • Refresh the N4M Technician View.

“After configuring a device, the Status View is loaded and can´t select any option.”

  • Any or all of the device indicators (cloud icon, telealarm configuration or lift controller link) are in red.

“After configuring a device, the Status View is loaded and GSR cloud icon is grey

  • Connection between GSR and Nayar network is being checked and can take up to 1 minute.

“After configuring a device, the Status View is loaded and GSR cloud icon is red

“After configuring a device, the Status View is loaded and GSR connection with lift controller is grey

  • Connection between GSR and lift controller is being checked and can take up to 1 minute.

“After configuring a device, the Status View is loaded and GSR connection with lift controller is red

“After configuring a device, the Status View is loaded and GSR connection with lift controller is green but no events seen in Cloud to Cloud integrations”

  • Check the reference configured the Lift controller information and confirm is the same in the external cloud integration.
  • If changes are needed in GSR side, ask Nayar support team to reset the device and restart the configuration process.

“After configuring a device, the Status View is loaded and GSR Telealarm configuration is grey

  • The configuration is being applied in the GSR can take up to 1 minute.

“After configuring a device, the Status View is loaded and GSR Telealarm configuration is red

  • The configuration was not applied in the GSR. Please refresh the website to restart the configuration process.

“After configuring a device, the Status View is loaded and GSR Telealarm configuration is green, but telealarm is not able to perform calls”
