The autodialer initiates an emergency call, rings, but does not establish the call.
1º- Check that the line is registered in the maintenance company’s system and is not rejected by the control center.
- Centralized emergency call management systems and maintenance company testing systems may require the incoming call line to be registered in the system. If it’s not, the call will be rejected without being answered.
2º- Check for any issues at the control center.
- If possible, call the emergency phone number with a mobile phone, or contact the technical support number of the company to ensure there are no issues with the emergency call center that receives the calls from the maintenance company.
- Program the technician’s phone number as the emergency number in the telealarm and make an emergency call. If the autodialer successfully completes the call, this indicates either an issue with the maintenance company’s emergency call center or that the services contracted with the operator do not allow calls to the emergency number used by the maintenance company.
