The Audio Module is Not Receiving Proper Power Supply.
- Check the input terminals of the module with a multimeter to ensure that the voltage is correct and stable.
- The correct voltage range for the audio module is from 8V DC to 18V DC.
Audio Module Not Restarted Correctly.
- If a brief power interruption has occurred, it may cause the module to not restart properly. Disconnect the module’s power supply and reconnect it.
CAN Wiring.
- Ensure there are no cuts or deformations in the two CAN communication wires with the GSR.
- Check that the wires are connected to the correct pins (H with H and L with L).
- Verify that the terminals and connectors have good contact, with no sunk screws, broken strips, or loose wires.
- Use a multimeter to check continuity in the CAN communication wires.
- If there are multiple sections in the CAN communication installation, they should be tested independently.
