*Note: If the GSR is configured to work in telealarm mode, it does not provide a telephone line signal on terminals 1 and 2, which correspond to the telephone line output. If an analog telephone is connected to terminals 1 and 2, there will be no dial tone, and it will not be possible to make or receive calls, even if there is still voltage (48V DC) on these terminals.
*Note: The cloud LED on the GSR blinks during outgoing call tones and remains solid when the call is established. However, for incoming calls, the cloud LED on the GSR does not light up.
The audio module cannot make calls.
- Verify that the terminals are in good condition and the wires are connected correctly to the terminals, both at the GSR output and the audio module input. If the wires are not correctly installed in the terminal connector or if the connector is not properly connected, the devices will not communicate and could potentially damage their components.
- Make a call to the phone line of the SIM card installed in the GSR to check for a dial tone and whether the audio module picks up the call.
- Ensure that the GSR is configured in autodialer mode by sending an SMS to the phone number of the SIM card installed in the GSR:
SMS: PinCode,c:wmta:number_of_cabins_connected
Default: 12345,c:wmta:number_of_cabins_connected
Example: 12345,c:wmta:1
Check configured emergency and test numbers in the GSR.
!Important: This configuration will be lost if the GSR synchronizes with the platform and reloads the data from the platform.
- To check the emergency numbers configured in the GSR, send an SMS to the phone number of the SIM card installed in the GSR to query them. The GSR will respond with an SMS containing the configured numbers:
SMS: PinCode,g:$e0,g:$e1,g:$e2,g:$e3,g:$e4
Default: 12345,g:$e0,g:$e1,g:$e2,g:$e3,g:$e4
- To check the test numbers configured in the GSR, send an SMS to the phone number of the SIM card installed in the GSR to query them. The GSR will respond with an SMS containing the configured numbers:
SMS: PinCode,g:$test0,g:$test1,g:$test2,g:$test3
Default: 12345,g:$test0,g:$test1,g:$test2,g:$test3
- In exceptional cases, if there are doubts about the emergency numbers configured in the GSR, an SMS can be sent to the phone number of the SIM card installed in the GSR to configure them:
SMS: PinCode,s:$e0:“emergency_1”,s:$e1:“emergency_2”,s:$e2:“emergency_3”,s:$e3:“emergency_4”,w
Default: 12345,s:$e0:“emergency_1”,s:$e1:“emergency_2”,s:$e2:“emergency_3”,s:$e3:“emergency_4”,w
Example: 12345,s:$e0:“900111222333”,s:$e1:“900444555666”,s:$e2:“900777888999”,s:$e3:“900999666333”,w
- You can also configure only the first emergency number:
SMS: PinCode,s:$e0:“emergency_number_1”,w
Default: 12345,s:$e0:“emergency_number_1”,w
Example: 12345,s:$e0:“666888999”,w
- In exceptional cases, if there are doubts about the test numbers configured in the GSR, an SMS can be sent to the phone number of the SIM card installed in the GSR to configure them:
SMS: PinCode,s:$test0:“test_number_1”,s:$test1:“test_number_2”,w
Default: 12345,s:$test0:“test_number_1”,s:$test1:“test_number_2”,w
Example: 12345,s:$test0:“900147258”,s:$test1:“900369852”,w
- You can also configure only the first test number:
SMS: PinCode,s:$test0:“test_number_1”,w
Default: 12345,s:$test0:“test_number_1”,w
Example: 12345,s:$test0:“911951950”,w
