16.6. Finalizing Budgets

Review the budget totals for each line. If pennies are included, adjust the number. All budget amounts should be whole dollars.

After all line item fields are completed select the save button. This is the “diskette” button on the menu bar.

!On the summary screen of accounts, the budgeted total must not exceed the allocation, unless previous approval has been given by the Superintendent.
