Prerequisites for salary and benefits budgeting include:
Review of Position Control for active, inactive, and vacant positions
Review of positions for proper account distributions
Review of Jobs/Pays for position numbers
Update of salary schedules
Determination of horizontal advancement
Review of current staffing and projected enrollment
Determining new positions
Identifying positions to be retired
The alio Salary Administration and Position modules are used for personnel budget development.
