The Account No lines will populate with all accounts assigned to the Approver. The account numbers and account descriptions fields will fill. The data entry screen will provide the user with 3 years of historical data for each account. You can drill down in each cell and review detailed information for each account.

If you change the radio dial and select Adjusted Budget, you will populate the accounts with the final budget for Previous Yrs 2 & 3 and the Revised Budget to date for Previous Yr which is 22-23. The previous budget numbers are real-time numbers. Each time you access the system, that column will change if budget transfers were processed.

Each Approver’s allocation is listed at the bottom of the Budget Manager Entry page. Allocations are user-specific.

Select the ZBB button to access the account detail screen to enter data.


Budget amounts are entered on this page. The Requested By field should be completed with initials. Unit costs, quantities, and descriptions must also be completed.
