There is one report available to Approvers in the Budget Preparation module.
2 Year W/ZBB & Requested Budget is a Multi-year report that identifies prior spending and current revised budgets as well as proposed budgets.
When this report is selected, the Report Specification Master will open. In the Report No field, using the drop down list, select Budget Prep Appropriations. Select the blue button, Use this Report Spec which will then read Run Report. elect that button to generate the report submittal form.
The Alio budget report will generate information only for the accounts that the Approver has access to.
Select the blue button Run Report and a new window will open. The user must select parameters for the report.
Run Parameters
1. Scenario = 2401
2. Display Budget Proposal = COMPLETED PROPOSAL
3. Show Requested Budget = YES
4. Prior Year = 221
5. Current Year = 23
6. Show ZBB Details = YES
7. Click > SUBMIT
This report will reflect final actual expenditures for the prior school year as well as the adjusted budget. For the current school year, it will reflect the adjusted budget and actual to date. Finally, the last column will display the budget detail that was submitted by the Approver for the following year’s budget. This detail is summarized in the last column as the Proposed Budget.
