The “Surcharges” can be reached via the main menu:
Sales-A/R - Automotive - Demands - Surcharges
The surcharges can be used to automatically add additional amounts (lump sums) when creating documents (receipts).
E.g. surcharges for precious metals or dispatch lump sums can be realised with this.
Surcharge type (@IAG_ZUS0.U_Zuscode):
Identifies the data record with a distinct ID.
Description (@IAG_ZUS0.U_Zusname):
Contains the description of the surcharge.
Item code (@IAG_ZUS0.U_Itemcode):
Contains the item ID which is used for the surcharge.
Description (@IAG_ZUS0.U_Itemname):
Contains the description of the surcharge item.
Condition (@IAG_ZUS0.U_Zubed):
Contains the condition that has to be met in order to generate the surcharge through the feature “Documents” in the ATM goods issue.
Amount (@IAG_ZUS0.U_Zumng):
Contains the quantity or a formula which the “Value” is multiplied with.
Value Origin (@IAG_ZUS0.U_Zuwsrc):
Contains the origin where the price is taken from. The following characteristics are possible:

| L | Price list | The value of the surcharge is determined by the item price from a certain price list |
Price list (@IAG_ZUS0.U_Prclst):
Contains the price list if “Value origin” is set to “L | Price list”.
Value (@IAG_ZUS0.U_Zuwert):
Contains the determined individual price for surcharge as a value or formula.

Contains a field name from the ATM goods issue position (IAG_WAS3) which is fallen back upon by a formula.

Contains the description of the table field.
