Positions

In the “Positions” tab, one position is created for each article.

Item data

LS number (@IAG_WEN3.U_Lsnr):
Contains the WE position number. This is assigned automatically. The number is managed in the ATM-Nummenkreis. If the GR is not done via beas the order and the goods receipt will be created with this number using the function receipts in B1.

Shipping status (@IAG_WEN3.U_Vvssts):

Contains the status of the GR item.

GRDate (@IAG_WEN3.U_Lsdat):
Contains the date of the goods receipt.

Delivery note quantity (@IAG_WEN3.U_Lsmng):
Contains the quantity delivered.

Unit of Measure (@IAG_WEN3.U_Uom):
Contains the unit of measure in relation to the delivered quantity.

Packed quantity (@IAG_WEN3.U_Vpkmng):
Contains the packed quantity. Is intended for the future. Has no effect at the moment.

Article inventory (@IAG_WEN3.U_Onhand):
Contains the item stock on the storage location of the goods receipt.

Storage location (@IAG_WEN3.U_Lgoart):
Contains the storage location where the goods receipt is performed. This means that it can also be a warehouse at another supplier (EDL).

Article ID (@IAG_WEN3.U_Itemcode):
Contains the item number of the delivered goods.

Description (@IAG_WEN3.U_Itemname):
Contains the item description of the delivered item.

Batch (@IAG_WEN3.U_Chanr):
Contains the delivered batch number. (the article must then also be batched).

Foreign item number (@IAG_WEN3.U_Fsn):
Contains the article number under which the supplier has to deliver.

Customer’s plant (@IAG_WEN3.U_Wrk):
Contains the who of the customer to which the supplier has to deliver.

Unloading point (@IAG_WEN3.U_Abl):
Contains the unloading point of the customer to whom the supplier has to deliver.

Final Order Number (@IAG_WEN3.U:Abs):
Contains the number under which the blanket purchase order was completed.

Change Index (@IAG_WEN3.U_Aix):
Contains the change index of the delivered item.

Partner order number (@IAG_WEN3.U_Docnum):
Contains the number of the partner purchase order under which the master agreement was concluded.

PM-Def Variant (@IAG_WEN3.U_ Pmdvar):
Contains the packaging definition variant with which the WE item is packaged.

Net Weight (@IAG_WEN3.U_Netgwt):
Contains the net weight of the GR item. Is determined via the PM definition.

Gross Weight (@IAG_WEN3.U_Brtgwt):
Contains the gross weight of the GR item Is determined via the PM definition.

Number of PS (@IAG_WEN3.U_ Anzps):
Contains the number of packages.

Division quantity (@IAG_WEN3.U_Etldat):
Contains the ordered quantity in the delivery schedule valid on the delivery date.

ET Date (@IAG_WEN3.U_Etldat):
Contains the last schedule line date before the delivery date in the Current Delivery Schedule.

ET Time (@IAG_WEN3.U_Etlzet):
Contains the schedule line time of the last schedule line found.

Dispomenge (@IAG_WEN3.U_Etldis):
Contains the total quantity to be delivered of the last schedule line found.

Supplier reference number (@IAG_WEN3.U_Refnrk):
Contains the supplier reference number for this GR item. This is automatically generated with the one from the header. Unless the MA overwrites it.

Chassis number (@IAG_WEN3.U_Frgnr):
Contains the chassis number from the PAB.

Kanban (@IAG_WEN3.U_Kanban):
Contains the kanban number if it was used.

PUS number (@IAG_WEN3.U_Pusnr):
Contains the PickUpSheet number if it was used in the requisition.

Material Handling Code (@IAG_WEN3.U_Mhdcod):
Contains the material handling code if this was used in the requisition.

Consumption point (@IAG_WEN3.U_Verbrs):
Contains the consumption point at the customer if this was used in the requisition.

Use key (@IAG_WEN3.U_Vrwkey):
Contains the usage key if this was used in the requirement request.

Storage location customer (@IAG_WEN3.U_Lgokd):
Contains the storage location at the customer if this was used in the requisition.

Country of origin (@IAG_WEN3.U_Urslnd):
Contains the country of origin of the goods.

Storage location item transfer (@IAG_WEN3.U_Lgoartu):
Contains the storage location depending on the order type:

• “STL-debit” the storage location is entered by the EDL.
• “Purchase order” the storage location of the goods receipt after transit is entered.
  

Storage location packing material (@IAG_WEN3.U_Lgopm):
Contains the storage location where the empties are posted.

Storage location packaging transfer (@IAG_WEN3.Lgopmu):
Contains the storage location from which the packaging material is debited at the (EDL).
