All employees are required to request Personal Time Off-PTO and Vacation (applicable to year-round full-time staff only) in advance of taking leave. However, we recognize that sometimes that is not possible such as in the event of an illness. Below is guidance for requesting time-off.
Requesting Time Off in ADP
- Log onto workforcenow.adp.com with your user ID and Password.
- Click “My Time” in the blue header.
- In the Leave Management box, click “Request Leave.”
- Select the appropriate Paycode from the drop-down menu.
- Input the date, and how many hours per day of leave you will use. You may select one day or multi-day.
- Input a title and a note if needed, then click “Submit”.
Once your supervisor approves, it will automatically update your timecard. This is for both time off requests in the future and in the past. (i.e. a sick day).
