8. Forms

There are many documents and forms that are used throughout the school year to help facilitate school activities and keep your children safe. From permission slips for field trips to drop/add forms for middle and high school students to ordering your annual yearbook, if GRACE has a form to fill out, it’s listed here.
Online forms can be used to submit your information electronically. eForms are forms that will allow you to fill in information electronically, but you will still need to print out the form and turn in to the office.
