Students are responsible to check out when leaving class via Securly Pass located in their Chrome bookmarks bar. Students are responsible to specify where they are going and are to return within an appropriate amount of time. Once teachers approve the Securly pass, they are to take the designated room badge to where they have checked out to. Upon returning students are to check back in via the Securly Pass system.
Upper Campus Hall Pass Policies
If a student needs:
- To use the restroom
- Go to the front desk
- Go to the IT Help Desk
- Use the library printer
- Nurse/administration (Medical needs, ice packs, bandages)
Students will need to obtain the orange lanyard hall pass.
- Only one male student and one female student should be out at a time unless there is reason to not allow them out together.
- Students must return the lanyard to the designated wall hook.
Students will need a pass from the librarian prior to the set time. They will show the pass to the teacher (lunch, study hall, etc.), and the teacher will sign the back. The student will bring the pass with them to the library. If a student is finished in the library before the end of class, a “yellow” student pass will be given on the way back to class.
