GRACE administers ERB (Educational Records Bureau) achievement tests each fall for all students in grades 2–8. A cognitive skills test is administered in selected grades. The PSAT will be administered to students in 9th-11th grades. SAT and ACT testing deadlines will be provided to students each year. GRACE may offer “school day testing” for the SAT and ACT for students in the junior class. In order to participate, students will opt into the test days when they are announced and will be billed for the test administration fees. The decision to offer school-day testing is reevaluated each year based on the available dates offered by the testing agencies.
Note: All students who receive NC Opportunity Scholarship funds are required to complete standardized testing each year as dictated by the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority (NCSEAA).
