5.18. Community Service

Lower Campus (TK-6th Grade)

Time is set aside for elementary students to demonstrate their faith by service to their community. Transitional kindergarten through sixth grade students are given various opportunities to reach their local and global communities.

Upper Campus (7th-12th Grade)

As a result of the value placed on developing a heart for service, GRACE requires all high school students to complete a minimum of 20 hours of community service each year they attend GRACE. Additional details on the high school community service requirement are listed in the Academic Policy section of this handbook under the heading High School Community Service Requirements.
