Easydus has developed a ScanApp both for Android and iOS
The app has the following functionalities:
- Possibility to scan tickets with Qr-code, created and generated in Easydus.
- The ticket overview is flexible and customizable, showing all data as specified in the ticket template
- Direct visual notification in the app about the status of the ticket. Green : ticket accepted Red : ticket already scanned When the ticket is unknown this is communicated with a on screen pop up
- Automatic feedback of scanned data in the Easydus database.
- Check in presence with multiple scanners and laptops/PC’s at the same time possible
Scanning with Android
If you still have the app on your Android phone, you can still use it. However, if you receive a notification in the app or in the Play Store that the Android version is outdated, you can use the new scanning app via: https://apps.easydus.com/scanner.
Scanning with Apple
If you are using an iPhone or another iOS system, you can download the app from the App Store
User instruction:
Scanning a ticket with the Easydus app is simple and fast:
- Log in to the app with the same username and password that you use to log in the Easydus web application. You will now be on the main page. The scanner is directly opened and ready for scanning. (Click here to read how to add users)
- Scanning a ticket works just like any other QR-code. Make sure the QR code picture fits in the corner marks and hold until scanned: it will automatically move on.
- Information about the ticket comes into focus once QR-code is scanned.
- A green bar: the ticket is valid and now scanned
- A red bar: the ticket has been scanned previously
- If a QR-code is not made in Easydus or the qr-code is damaged/unreadable this is communicated with a pop-up message in the screen.
In the app you will see only the data that will be shown in the chosen “ticket-overview” in your ticket template. Do you want to see more/less data of the of the ticket in your app?
- Go to your ticket template and see which record overview the template is linked to.
- Then go to the relevant record overview.
- Click on the ‘Customize’ tab at the top of the screen and choose which columns you want to see in the app.
- Next scan:
Swipe to the right to go to next scan or press the button at the top left of the screen - Logout.
