General
In Email batch the status of your sent emails are shown in two tabs.
In “Email batch” tab you will find information about the batch status of sent mail.
In “Not delivered” tab you will find detail information of mails that have not reached the recipient and the reason.
Email batch
In this overview you will find the status of the email batch. Usually it will be sent. If the status remains busy, there is a problem with the batch. Try to solve the problem or get in contact with the helpdesk.
Next to the status you will see the date of last contact with our mailer (time of sending the mails), the number of mails in the batch and which mail template was used for the batch The historical name of the template is saved.
Sent does not mean delivered. Mails can be blocked or refused, either by our mailer Mailjet (addressee not right, unsubscribed or sender address incorrect), or by the receiving party (bouncers). Detail information on non delivery is displayed in the tab Mails not delivered.
If a mail batch has a large amount of bouncers it will be marked with an exclamation point behind the quantity of mails sent. To safeguard the reputation of your domain to other mailservers and to MailJet please update your list of email addresses.

Necessary action following the feed back
The consequences of the feed back are very different and need to be followed up differently:
What to do:
It is important to keep up your reputation as domain or mail address the spam filter agencies, mail clients and mailers.
So please adapt your database after feed back of non delivered mails in Easydus.
Actions on status reports:
bounced: | You cannot use this emailadress. Verify that this email address or domain exists, or that the message by the receiving mail server is not marked as spam |
bounced, with mention of “Spamcop” / “Spamhaus” / “Spamrl” / “Barracuda” in bounce info: | These mails must be resent, the mailer has not been able to deliver these mails through a temporarily blocked server of Mailjet, because thousands of servers are used for mailing, a subsequent sending action can still be successfully delivered. |
unsubscribe: | Delete the address from your mailinglist TIP! For sending newsletters for example, use an other mail address then you use for important mailing. So they cannot unsubscribe their selves from the important mailings, when they only wanted to unsub from the newsletter. |
spam/blacklisted: | Delete the address from your database |
preblocked: | Delete the address from your database |
Unsubscribe link
There is a legal obligation to add an automatic unsubscribe link to bulk email batches. The advantage is that emails sent by Easydus is less likely to be marked as spam, which it rated badly by spam agencies.
Both in the cases of unsubscribed and spam emails are not being sent again by our mailer. The difference is that is it easier to subscribe again for both the customer and for the organization via Easydus.
To undo the unsubscribe, the respondent have to click on the unsubscribe link of an old mail from the same sender again, and confirm that the unsub has to be undone. If the respondent doesn’t have an old email anymore, they can send a personal request to resubscribe to support@easydus.com.
Sender address
In order to obtain spam free email traffic worldwide protocols are being used. For authentification these protocols are DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail), a digital signature, SPF (Sender Policy Framework) checking the IP adres of the sender, and check on ownership of your domain. Mailjet needs to be added to your DNS settings to follow these protocols: see DKIM/SPF
When sending emails the sending address is therefor important> If you send from a specific domain (eg given info@easydus.com) it will produce better results than more general email addresses with domains such as jackjones@gmail.com. They will be turned down easier because checks by receiving parties cannot be done. But this is only the case when for the more specific domain the DKIM/SPF settings are done.
