General

Sisow takes care of payments via Ideal, Minster Cash, Sofort, PayPal (and with Paypal to all creditcard companies) and bank transfers.

Easydus is linked to payments service provider (PSP) Sisow.

• In Easydus sent invoices get an open payment position in Sisow
• When payment is done information is forwarded from Sisow to Easydus, and within Easydus the invoice is automatically set on paid with registration of day and time.
• Payment can consequently trigger an automatic email via system action Payment-Received
  

Links with all payments methods except bank transfer works very well online. Bank transfers are being matched with the 16 digit payment reference code pR, that is generated when creating an new invoice. It is vulnerable for mistakes by the consumer when copying this long number.

Establish a Sisow account

You need to provide your own contract with Sisow For information regarding prices: see www.Sisow.nl

Important Before establishing a first link it is necessary to request a free Sisow account via menu Project, tab Payment link and the link displayed in the sentence “When using our payment system a personal contract should be made with Payment Service Provider Sisow. This can be done via this registration link.”.
If you directly close a contract with Sisow, not all settings will work properly and manual correction is needed.

Establishing a new Sisow account will take about a week, if everything is filled in correctly. please follow instructions closely. In case of question contact the Easydus helpdesk.

Linking Sisow

To establish a payment link with Sisow your The ‘Website Key’ and ‘Secret Key’ must be entered in menu Project, tab Payment link.
These data can be found in your personal account within the Sisow website. The ‘User Key’ provided by Sisow will not be needed.

At the same tab you can also choose which payments methods you want to use for this project by checking the choices.

Important: invoices with a invoice price less than 1 euro are not accepted by Sisow (and also not very relevant given the processing costs). These invoices are generated by Easydus, but the payment link is not realized.
You can decide to make an extra condition for this case by displaying another mail or screen message.

Linking PayPal

First thing is to get an PayPal account
Then it is necessary to linking the PayPal to Sisow. You do so by pasting the api data from PayPal in your Sisow account under ‘Mijn profiel’ , tab ‘PayPal’.

To get your api data in PayPal:
• Click on the ‘Profile’ button in your Paypal account and choose “Profile and settings”
• Click on ‘Sales preferences’;
• Click on ‘Edit’ behind ‘API access’;
• Choose ‘View API-signature”
• Choose ‘Display’ to show the right settings to fill in in your Sisow account.
• Copy the settings en paste these in your Sisow account —>“My Profile”—> page ‘PayPal’
When you save your settings, your account is linked.
