Forms

While making a form in Easydus as a user, also a database is created. Once you have done that, you have the option to have multiple forms on one database. These forms can be added in a process flow parallel or sequential.

Parallel could for instance be used when you want to display different fields for respondents already known by the organization versus those not yet known. Sequential for instance when first a part of the form needs to be filled in by a respondent and this needs to be complemented by one or more reviewers. Or for instance a follow up evaluation after an event.

Just like the standard forms it is possible to set requirements to the form: maximum number of registrations, time form open and closed, stylesheet and conditions for the correct filling in of the form. You can do so by clicking the loop in front of the form. You will also find the HTML link to the extra form here.

Please be aware: until version 4.44.0 settings for maximum number of registrations, times form open and closed, stylesheet and conditions were copied for the standard prefilled and edit form. With the new implementation you have more flexibility to define flows per form. Example editing is longer allowed than the first registration. Or known respondents with an invited link can send in earlier than unknown respondents in the open link. This means that settings need to be defined from this version on per form. For existing projects the earlier settings have been copied.
