When you send an e-mail through Easydus, there will automatically be an unsubscribe button at the end of the sent e-mail. This is legally required (See the picture below)
When the end user presses that button, they will be taken to an unsubscribe page.
Here, the end user can see which list he/she will be unsubscribed from. He/she will be required to fill in their own e-mail adres to confirm the action.
Standard unsubscribe lists
Easydus has made a few lists that you can use for your own.
These are standard lists like:
- Events
- Tickets
- Financial
- Administration
- Newsletter
Making an unsubscribe list
In case you want to make an unsubscribe list yourself, follow the instruction below.
Attention Only a system operator can make an unsubscribe list.
1. After you have logged in, go to menu item | System settings.
2. Click on the tab Unsubscribe list and press + New list.
3. Give a name to your new list.
4. Now you can select the list in an e-mail template
