Back up policy

Within Easydus continuously back ups are made of the total system with a standard frequency:

• Every hour a back up that is saved for three days
• Every night a back up that is saved for three months
• Every month a back up that is saved for 6 months
  

Caution: the fact that backups are being made will not guarantee that it is easy to restore them. When time goes this will increasingly be more difficult. More and more data of connected software such as mail clients and payment systems will be lost.

To protect against customer mistakes projects will, when deleted by the customer, for one month be soft deleted in order to be able to reset the project when necessary. Soft deleted means the project is not shown in the project menu to users of the system. After a month all data will be deleted, except for data remaining in the saved monthly back ups.
