Ticket template

  1. Create an overview in menu Views/Records. (This overview is used on the scanning app and can also be used in menu Tickets)
  2. Go to documents.
  3. Press the plus symbol to create a new ticket.
  4. Give the ticket a name,
  5. Possibly link a stylesheet.
  6. Link it to the desired view..

In the 3 text boxes, you can now make the desired logo, text and variables. Individual QR codes are created automatically and are later at scanning with scanning app automatically recognizes and if scanned marked within Easydus. After saving the ticket template an extra system variable created within Easydus:? ticketScanned_naamticket?. This variable specifies at what time the ticket, if scanned in the program, is registered.
This variable is added by default to the menu Tickets. You can manually check or uncheck this variable in menu item “Tickets” . And the variable can be used in an overview in menu Views/Records

The standard ticket template is based on a PDF in A4 dimensions, easily printable at home by respondents. For use on badges or stickers you can use any own format. Go to the free template via the blue action button. Attention: aftre the switch you cannot return to the standard mode.
