Gr 4 students are assigned cubbies; Gr 5-6 students are assigned lockers. Cubbies and lockers are the property of Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy. Damage to personal and school property, including cubbies and lockers, resulting from unsatisfactory conduct on the part of a student or students must be paid for by involved students. The Principal will decide who has financial responsibility for damaged school property.

  • Sharing locker combinations with other students is strongly discouraged and sharing locker space is not allowed.
  • Students must keep their locker shut when not in use.
  • Stickers, writing, or graffiti of any kind is not permitted in or on cubbies or lockers.
  • Decorations MUST be removable. Magnetic decorations are advised. The use of adhesives is prohibited. Parents are responsible to any damage to a locker because of adhesives.
  • With the goal is keeping hallways aesthetically pleasing and clean, students may have 2 maximum locker decorations and these must be CHCA or birthday related.
  • Event decorations (birthday, holiday, performance, competition, etc.) must be removed within 2 weeks of event occurring.
  • Performance, athletic, or competition decorations must not exceed 8.5” x 5.5” in size, be laminated, and be affixed with magnets. Please contact the UE Office for laminating services. Magnets must be provided by the group/team.

Misuse and destruction may result in revoking cubby/locker privileges. Any student experiencing a locker issue should report it to the office.
