Advant Plus will send your publication through your authorised linked Mailchimp account.
Advant Plus will access your Mailchimp audiences and saved segments to distribute your publication.
There are four main things to do before you can send your email:
1. From name
Fill in the name you would like the recipients to see in their inbox.
2. Reply to
Fill in the email you would like the document/email to be coming from and who clients can reply to.
Add a subject to let your clients know what they are receiving. The preview text will automatically show the first section of your document.
Next, select who you would like to send the campaign to. If you have created a client list in Mailchimp you will see it listed here. You also have the option of choosing a segment based on the segments you have created in your Mailchimp audience.
You also have the option to schedule your campaign. Once you have filled in all of your details, click and select the date and time you would like to send your campaign.
You will be able to view this sent campaign within your Mailchimp account once it has been sent.
