Based on feedback from the study documents, a final recommendation will be prepared for adoption by the Board without being re-submitted to the ACPE membership only when:
- the revisions do not create a different proposed solution to the identified problem,
- the revisions are a response to comments and feedback, and
- the appropriate Commission has reviewed the feedback.
