Regional Accreditation Chairs will follow the procedures listed in the 2016 Accreditation Manual to assist centers in the following processes:

• Adding a Satellite Program;
• Adding Supervisory CPE;
• Adding Component Sites;
• Starting a Candidate Center;
• Changes in Centers/Programs;
• Adding an Educational Placement Site;
• Request for Inactive Status; and
• Request for Reactivation of Membership Status.
