Standard 300.1 – “All ACPE centers shall maintain compliance with ACPE Standards, reports, procedures, and fees as detailed in the ACPE Accreditation Manual.”
The center will address the notation for Standard 300.1 by submitting a plan of action to return into compliance. The plan must include:
• A description of the non-compliance,
• A narrative demonstrating how the Center has brought itself or is bringing itself into compliance,
• A demonstration of how the plan is working with a timeline, and
• A plan to prevent recurrence in order to maintain compliance with the standard.

For Late Student Unit Report
In addition to the plan of action, the Center will demonstrate compliance with Standard 300.1 by submitting copies of all unit reports within 45 days of the end of unit for two units.
For late submission of required accreditation materials (center’s response to notations, annual report, 5 and 10 year review center responses etc.) Additionally, the center must document in the Annual Report how non-compliance was addressed.
More than (1) one incident of non-compliance for the same standard between regular Commission meetings: This notation is for more than one (1) incident of non-compliance with the same Standard 300.1 between Commission meetings. Center will respond to notation by submitting 1. a description of the reasons for recurrence, and 2. a revised plan of compliance including steps to prevent further recurrence. Additionally, the center must document in the Annual Report how non-compliance was addressed.
Extend Notation
Continue notation for Standard xxx until March 1 or September 1. When a center does not address notations assigned in the Commission Action Report within the time frame specified by the Commission to remove a notation, the Commission may grant an Extension under the following conditions: (Check the one that applies)
_____ The Center is without an ACPE Accredited Supervisor during the assigned period. The center may not admit students, continue programs in progress or offer programs of ACPE CPE in the absence of an ACPE Associate Supervisor or ACPE Supervisor.
_____ The Center hires a new supervisor during the specified period of the notation.
_____ The center does not offer enough units to demonstrate compliance within the specified time.
