Report of Reference & Counsel

Dear friends in Christ,

The assembly received one resolution before deadline from Bishop Riegel and The Rev. Sean Smith. The resolution on, “Fixing the beginning of term for members of Synod Council and Certain Standing Committees,” is attached. Having reviewed the submission, the Reference and Council Committee recommends adoption and submits the resolution, as unaltered, the assembly for action.
