Amendments to the Bylaws of the West Virginia-Western Maryland Synod were proffered to the assembly though two avenues: the Report of the Bylaws Committee and a resolution titled, “To fix the beginning of term for members of Synod Council and Certain Standing Committees,” submitted to the assembly. All adopted proposals are collated here in the order in which they will appear in the bylaws.

Note well: numbering as been adjusted to account for identical numbers being offered between said resolution and the Report of the Bylaws Committee. You will find this adjustment in terms of B11.16, B11.17, B11.18. As said resolution was adopted first, it claimed B11.16. The language in the Report of the Bylaws Committee clearly indicated that the affected provisions were additions to the bylaws, therefore they have been numbered B11.17 and B11.18.

Amendments are indicated in final form, italics indicating additions and strikethroughs indicating deletions.
