First of all, we’re sorry that you experience this kind of behavior in the app. In this case, please follow these steps:

1. Try to force close the Sygic app.

a) On an iPhone X or later or an iPad with iOS 12 or newer, from the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen.
On an iPhone 8 or earlier, double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.

b) Swipe up on the Sygic app’s preview to close the app.

2. Turn your device off and then on again.
This is to ensure that the crash is not caused by some random or minor system error.

3. Please perform a full application reinstall.
In case the previous steps did not help, please try to reinstall the app (don’t forget to back up your files using iCloud in Sygic menu → Settings → Cloud service ).

1. Remove the Sygic app from your iOS device. Tap and hold on the icon of the Sygic app until it, and all the other app icons, start shaking

2. If you are using iOS 13 or later, tap on Rearrange Apps

3. Afterwards tap the “X” on the Sygic icon

4. Press Delete to remove the app

5. Install Sygic GPS Navigation again directly from the App Stor

If neither of the steps helped in resolving the issue, please contact us with the following data (the more data you can give us, the sooner will we be able to fix the issue), so that we may effectively assist you in resolving them:

  • Which iOS version are you currently running on it.
  • Sygic App version (you will find this information in Menu → Settings → Info → About,
  • Device code (again, you will find this information in Menu → Settings → Info → About).
  • Exact or approximate time and date the app crashed or stopped responding (We recommend reproducing the behavior again and writing down the time and date).
  • How often does the crash repeat/crash frequency.
