Naming and renaming Skalp sections

For naming and renaming Skalp sections you can use the SketchUp Entity dialog.

1. To do so you first have to select the Skalp sections SketchUp SectionPlane in your model.

2. The Entity dialog will now show the name and the symbol of the SectionPlane.
3. Use this name field in the Entity dialog to enter or change its name.
   

!Don’t change the Layer of Skalp section!

All Skalp layers are intended to be automatically managed and should not be changed. Doing so may cause unintended behavior, or you may notice that Skalp simply won’t allow interference by restoring the layers state.

*On associated scenes the section name will also be propagated: changing the section name will also change scene names.
