4.2 Interface

The main window of the Service tab lists all active units, regardless of whether they have service plans assigned or not. Service plans are not a prerequisite for assigning a service schedule.

The service grid lists units by the following values:

Column	Description
Date	Date and time stamp for the last known position.
Name	The name of the unit.
Km	Unit mileage.
Km service	Mileage for the next service. Specified by the user.
Km to next service	Kilometres until next service.
Regular service	Date of next scheduled service.
Recent service (hour, km, periodic)	Date of last service.
Expected service (km, hour)	Date of expected next service. Calculated by the system.
Customer name	Name of the customer.
Service schedule	The service schedule for the unit. Click link to open document.
Hours	Unit hours.
Hours service	Hours for the next service. Specified by the user.
Hours to next service	Hours until next service.

The main window can be filtered using the menu on the left hand side, as described in the Searching and selecting items section:
