Once a unit has been serviced you can approve and log the service to FMS :
1 Select the unit by clicking it once in the main window.
2 Click the Approve service icon from the tool bar, and the following dialog appears:

A service defined by a time interval.
- Service done on: Date of completion of service.
- Next service: Date of next service.
- Service note: Any comments on the service.
- Attach document: Here a more comprehensive service description (or other documentation) can be attached.

A service defined by an hourly interval.
- Service done on: Date of completion of service.
- Hours service: Number of hours since last service.
- Hours warning before service: Number of hours to be warned in advance, before the next service.
- Service note: Any comments on the service.
- Attach document: Here a more comprehensive service description (or other documentation) can be attached.

| Km service |
A service defined by a mileage interval.
- Service done on: Date of completion of service.
- Km service: Number of kilometers since last service.
- Km warning before next service: Number of kilometers to be warned in advance, before the next service.
- Service note: Any comments on the service.
- Attach document: Here a more comprehensive service description (or other documentation) can be attached.

3 Fill in the appropriate fields and click the Save button.
Now the service will appear under the service log for this unit.
