To edit a service schedule for a unit follow this procedure:

1 Select the unit by clicking it once in the main window.

2 Click the Edit service button and the following dialog appears:

3 Fill in the fields of the dialog:

Field Description
Hours service Enter a value here if you wish to call the unit for service after it has been running for a specific number of hours.
In the “Hours warning before service” you determine how many hours in advance the unit contact will be notified.
Km service Enter a value here if number of kilometers travelled will determine when the unit must be serviced.
In the “Km warning before next service” you determine how many kilometers in advance the unit contact will be notified.
Regular service If you wish to call the unit for service on a specific date, regardless of hours and kilometers, you can select a date here.
You can add more than one service type to a unit – no problem in having both a kilometer based service and a regular time based service, for instance.
Service schedule Here you can associate the unit with a specific service schedule description – this field only appears if one or more schedules have been created as described in the Service schedules section.
Service note A free text note that will appear in the log when a this service is approved.
Contacts Select the people who should be notified when the unit is up for service:
1. Open the Clients list:

2. Select the client:

3. Add contacts to the list by double clicking them on the left and they will be added to the right:

You remove contacts by double clicking them in the right hand box.

4 Click the Save button.
