General Specifications

Requirements Media Creation:

-Mac, Windows XP, XP Pro or Windows 7, 8 with Movie Maker or other video media creation tool including IMovie capable of saving WMV or MP4 installed.

Requirements Basic Functionality:

-Minimum of 2 Gigs RAM
-Minimum of 768K Internet connection available bandwidth (depends on sites media bitrate)
-Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher or ability to play embedded or HTML 5 inline video.
-Windows Internet Explorer 7.0+, Safari, Chrome, FireFox or other compatible browser.

Typical Recommended Administration Setup and Operation Task List

-Login using your Facility ID, Admin ID and Password
-Add Company departments
-Add all active employees at the facility and assign to their department (this will require purchasing user seats at $1.00/seat)
-Modifying Menu Access and Descriptions
-Video/Audio record an in-service or save training marterial in PDF format
-Export or transfer recorded material to your computer
-Use Video/Audio creation software and save movie file under other settings as Video for Broadband (150-768 Kbps) and use a meaningful name.
-Remember where you saved it (recommend something like c:\cirats\video or audio)
-Create a test
-Upload and associate media with the test
-Assign Users to take the test (This will require the purchase of testing credits at $1.00/test credit)
-Reporting
