Menu Selection Access/Descriptions

Every Facility has the ability to change the menu descriptions to fit with the terminology of their environment.

First select the “Utility Menu” and then select “Menu Selection Access/Descriptions”.

Lets say we want to change the menu description of the “Chat Room” utility. We would select the “Chat Room” module from the Available Module List.

And get the following screen.

Here you can change the module’s Security Level (this level is on par with User security levels and determines what they can see and access) and also change the Description which effects what the user sees in the menus. Lets change it to say “Enter the Chat Room Here”. Note that you could disable a module here though probably would not ever do that.

After pressing [Update] we have the effect seen below in the Utility Menu.
